About The factory

Located in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, our factory has been at the forefront of the industry for 15 years, specializing in the production of training cones, agility ladders, and training clothing. At COOLWARE, we prioritize durability. While many factories use standard 45# steel or P20# steel for molds, we go further. Most of our molds are made with 718# steel for products like marker discs, ensuring strength and precision.

For high-demand items like plastic lung capacity test masks, we invest in H136 steel — the industry’s best. After quenching treatment, it lasts up to 10 years with minimal wear.

Though premium molds cost nearly twice as much, this investment allows us to deliver consistent, high-quality products you can rely on.

After testing PE plastic pellets from Lotte Korea, Indonesia, Iran, and the United States, we ultimately chose Sinopec China’s PE pellets — and for good reason.

Although Sinopec’s PE pellets come at a slightly higher cost, they deliver superior results:
